Folks,
I configured the following environment:
SAP + DB2/6000 + ADSM Server for AIX v3.1.2.20 + ADSM Client for AIX
v3.1.0.6 + ADSM API Client for AIX v3.1.06 + Magstar 3590-B11.
The backup works fine and I have a wonderful performance (6MB/s). To do
this offline backup I utilized the following command: "db2 backup
database use adsm".
Ok...the problem is the terrible performance of restore (1.5MB/s). To do
this restore I utilized the same environment and the following command:
"db2 restore database use adsm"

Anybody can tell why the backup performance is wonderful and the restore
performance is terrible ??? Must I customized some db2 parameteres to
improve the restore performance ???
