Given 2 mgmt classes A(default)  and B and both with the same retention in
the same policy set.

If I make B the default and
        - activate the policy
        - delete mgmt class A
        - activate the policy

Will all files belonging to A be rebound to B and at what point do they get
rebound as they are not longer
on the system when a backup occurs ?
