The author of the question was asking if the Query Content can in some
way be made to reveal the timestamp of when the file was written to the
volume.  As the Admin Reference manual shows, no timestamp info is to
be had from the Query.
Looking at the Using the ADSM SQL Interface manual, Schema ADSM,
Tabname CONTENTS does not show a column with this data, so it seems
that the SQL method may not be able to report that, either.  It may
be the case that no timestamp is recorded when the file is stored,
though this would be helpful to know.
