No, there is no known work around that we have found. The problem is with
the security built into Outlook. It's an education issue here to shut oulook
down at the end of the day. We have played with static, shared static,
dynamic and shared dynamic and it does not seem to allow any interaction.

        I believe Outlook will timeout from the PST after a period of
activity - if
        memory serves correct - 30 minutes, then you will be able to back
them up.
