It is common wisdom in the UNIX world that, as a filesystem get closer to 100%,
the performance decreases dramatically.  Basically, the system has to look
harder to place a block of data.

Anyway, does this still hold true with a filesystem that contains only storage
pools (or DB vols, etc?)  Since the space is already allocated via ADSM, would
that alleviate this problem and allow you to push them up to 98% or so without
penalty?
