I have an error while backing up or archiving data with ADSM.  The
process of archiving and backing up worked prior to upgrading the
OS from AIX 4.1.4 to 4.1.5.   Note:  I have three other systems
configured the same way and they work properly.

Is your primary storage pool online? Are you able to communicate with the
library?
