Re: Antwort: Setting Job Priority

I wanted to run it from a script because we use Control M to schedule and
monitor jobs. I did try creating a command schedule with priority 10 and
launched it. It started fine but was not bumped when SQL started its backp so
that won't work... Any other ideas?

Subject: Antwort: Setting Job Priority
Hi Scott,
why creating a script?
Create the command schedule to start every hour with lowest priority. If no
drives are available it will fail, a backup will kick it off.
(the other way with a script might be a defined schedule to start the
command an its starttime is updated by the script).

Mecki
