This weekend we migrated from OS/390 2.4 to OS/390 2.6.
The ADSM MVS Server was at level 3.1.2.20 already before the migration.

We noticed a nice performance improvement on the same
net-infrastructure.

A backup of a client which sends about 20 GB is improved by about 25% in
elapsed time.
