Hello All,

        We are in the process of formally documenting how our backup and archive
processing is handled.  I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing with me how
they handled this process.  What I am looking for in particular is a formal
agreement that the Storage Management department can distribute to the owners of
the data to document - how many versions of a backup to keep, how long to keep
active/inactive versions etc.
