not backing up automounted filesystems

I'm running Solaris 2.5.1 and installed the PTF 7 client.

I discovered that files in file systems referenced by the automounter were
all being expired.  This behavior is similar to that described in IC32581
and was fixed in PTF 6.

Local file systems "mapped" by the automounter are not being backed up.

Has anybody else noticed this behavior???
