Take a look at the Database Space Trigger. This feature was added in V3.1.2
(I think). Anyway, it allows you to set a trigger (%) and when reached,
will dynamically create a new volume, define it to the database and extend
the db. It know this isn't exactly what you're asking for, but I'm sure
that when it reaches the trigger, it posts a warning in the activity log.
