No, collocation only occurs for new data put in the pool and when
     reclamation is done.  Be careful what you have your maximum scratch
     limit set to.  ADSM will put a different node on each scratch tape
     until they are all used up before it starts putting more than one node
     on a tape.

Before I start something that I might regret:

If I change an existing primary tapepool to collocation=yes, will that
immediately start copying files from tape to tape until collocation is
achieved?
