Are those available through you or the ADSM-L archive? I too have a rather
large informix cleanup project.
I would be nice if onbar would archive instead of backup.

Logs are only backed up once and, as you have discovered, there is

within ADSM (or within Informix, for that matter) to gracefully age

away. One user wrote a script to eliminate them from Informix and

user has written a C program to eliminate API-backed files (which
logs are)
from ADSM. And that's what it currently takes to 'clean up' these
logs.

How do you delete old, outdated Informix archive logs from ADSM's
storage?
From what I have found OnBar is backing them up, not archiving them
(so I
can't use the archive retention to delete them out). Incremental
backups
are not being ran at the client OS level, so they are not being
marked as
deleted on a normal basis either.
