Just one precision on that. I did not have the exact timing but it was for
Starting ADSM Server and being able to connect thru an Admin Interface :

65536           4min

I did not test it, because the server is working night and day. But if you
can try to reduce it.

I will try, when it can be possible for me.
A another point, increasing the BUFPOOLSIZE don't increase the DB % Cache
hit.
