AW: Long time for ADSM Start

We have this problem in Release 3.1.1.3 and also in Rel 3.1.2.20.
It takes about 7 Minutes and 54% CPU time in WinNT on a COMPAQ Proliant =
7000
with 3 processors Pentium Pro/200 Mhz
