Use EDGTVEXT provided by rmm.
But keep in mind that ADSM only suports 24-Bit Modes exits. So you have
to create a EDGTVEXT with RMODE 24 specially for ADSM.
With level 3.1.2.20 of ADSM for MVS this problem is fixed and you can
use the original 31-Bit mode EDGTVEXT.
