What exactly did you try to delete? Volumes normally don't need to be
manually deleted. THey are reclaimed and then returned to the scratch pool
after reusedelay days. For database backup volumes you will need to
manually delete the volume history records for old backups. The command is
delete volhist type=dbb todate=today-2, for instance to only keep three
database backups.
