Nothing quite like a training class geared at the test.  Two that I know
of: IBM offers them occasionally and we offer them every other month
with
the next one scheduled for next week.  A significant portion of our
course
and IBM's is planning and configuration.  Since we worked on the
certification test and both our course and IBM's, the right stuff is
covered there.
