Hi there............thanks for the info.
The QuantityBeforeCrashing option; is it a parameter in the physical ADSM
code? Where do I find it. I asked the customer for all the logs, etc.

Ah, the QuantityBeforeCrashing option. But seriously, you need to give
us some specifics. Client messages? Activity Log messages? Dsmerror.log
messages? Type of tapes, robot? That kind of thing.
