You probably can't reduce the size of the database, but rather should be
thinking about increasing it!  SQL BackTrack won't help to reduce the DB.
 This product is used to backup databases on the fly.

The diskpool utilization is probably normal.  Is it being migrated to tape
on a daily basis?  Is it being backed up to a copy storage pool on a daily
basis?  For that matter, is the database being backed up on a daily basis?
