Hello,

We upgrade the ADSM NT server at one of our customers to the latest
version.
After the upgrade we got duplicate volumes names in the 'q libv'
command. After checkin out the volumes there was an entry for the volume
without the library name specified. After checkin the volume back to the
library, there was two entries for this volume - one with lib name and
another without it.

You can see from the following output that 'VOL015'  has an entry in the
libv but is not present in the library. VOL019 is in the library and
have two entries.
There were no problems with new volumes after the upgrade

Do you have any experience with it ?
