Folks,

As you have perhaps divined from our participation on this list, we're
involved in many ADSM implementations.  Some using off-the-shelf ADSM at
customer sites and many using our bundled solution called STORServer.  I am
interested in understanding if our product concept is correct.
 Specifically, STORServer is designed for rapid implementation, the goal
being to shorten the overall process of making ADSM functional in complex
environments.  To date, most STORServer implementations have been completed
in six weeks or less.

What I want from you is your personal experiences implementing ADSM.
 Specifically:

1. How long did it take to get the ADSM server installed and operational?
2. How long did it take to get the first 10 clients installed and
operational?
3. How long did it take to get 50% of the overall implementation complete?
4. How long did it take to get 100% of the overall implementation complete?
5. Were you and your management happy with the overall implementation time?
6. What would you have done differently?
7. If the overall time to implement was overly long, in your opinion, did
this time cost your company too much money?
8. Is there value in having a shorter ADSM implementation?
