I know this message as ANR0482 - a client session is terminated cause it
was idle for too much time.

If the client has not finished his backup he will reconnect, therefore
nothing worse has happened.

The amount of time after which an idle session is terminated is specified
in the IDLETIMEOUT parameter (dsmserv.opt)
A large number of idle sessions can prevent clients from connecting to the
server, so use care if you want to increase this parameter. (In my opinion
60 is a good value if your clients don't reconnect after beeing
terminated.)

The cause might be that your scheduled operation waits for some kind of
user response after backup which it doesn't get and therefore idles around.
