I am looking at expanding the tape storage on our ADSM server. We are
running ADSM on an RS/6000 with 4 7331-305 tape libraries (IBM). We
currently have about 1,400 nodes on the system and we are backing up about
20GB a day. I currently have about 1.2TB of data stored on the system.

The two libraries that I am currently favoring are:

   Hewlett Packard 7248w ( DLT7000 technology, 48 Slots 2 Drives (expandable
to 4))

   SpectraLogic 10000 (AIT2 Technology, 40 slots, 2 Drives).

Has anyone had any experience using either of these 2 boxes on ADSM.

Any other recomendations for something with 1 TB or better native capacity
in the $30,000 - $50,000 (U.S.) price range.

Thank you
