Hmm...

We have a few different configs.

Many are:

RS/6000 2 or 4 way R50s (8 total)
1GB or 512MB Memory
1 fully populated 7133-20 SSA rack (DB/LOG)
25GB diskpool
3.1.2.0 or .20
Drives range from 3 to 8 3590s per server.
FDDI network

Biggest server does about 350-490GB per day.
Smallest, about 100GB per day.

We also have 4 SP2 Silver nodes (512MB mem with 5 3590 drives each) that do
about 100Gb ea day (right now - soon to be more data).

We also have Sun (5) and HP (1)  servers.  Anywhere from 60GB/day to 1.8TB per
day (once a month).

Client population is small (no more than 230 on the large R50).  Just lots of
database data.
From 4-5 million objects down to 10,000 objects tracked per server (not counting
copies - multiply by 3).

We are looking at moving to 1GB ethernet (but the MC bus on the R50s probably
can't handle the load).
