Hello all,
I ran some archive's on some of my NT servers last night and noticed two
things and I was wondering if this is normal or if it's a bug or something I
overlooked. First I noticed that archives don't seem to use include/exclude
lists. I ran a archive of C:\*.* with a subdir=yes and I noticed in the log
file it backed files and directories that I have in the include/exclude list
of the dsm.opt file. Second, even though the archive seemed to complete
successfully with the exception of several files that were open and not
archived it reported that the archive failed with a return code of 4. I am
assuming it is because several files could not be opened (pagefiles.sys,
dsmsched.log, etc.).

TIA,
