ADSM setup

If anyone out there give me some basic idea on how to begin with the ADSM
set up(ex: needed server/clinet softwares ...etc ..etc), I would
appreciate it.
I have a system H50(Enterprise server) with AIX installed on it. This is a
RISC6000 system. I also have a tape library model 7331-205.
