Lotus Connect Agent

I have been trying to get this connect agent to work properly for over a
week.  When I try to back up the Lotus Notes Databases it just hangs, I
have gone through the manual and the Redbook and downloaded a patch from
IBM for this agent.  I must be doing something wrong, I can't believe it is
this difficult to get working.  Any suggestions?  Also if anyone is using
it out there, any feedback would be appreciated to see if I should spend
more time on this.

Thank you very much for your feedback  Here is some of the specific
problems and versions.

Notes Version 4.62 running on NT 4.0 with SP3
Connect Agent ver 2.1.9

When trying to run the agent I get either a Notes.rip file or a Dr Watson
error, when I do not get these errors the agent just hangs and does not
backup anything.  The rip error occurrs in dsmnotes.exe.  I have tried to
run the agent from a dos prompt and the backup just hangs the command I was
using is as follows:

dsmnotes incr c:\notes\data\mail\mwebb.nsf -mountwait=no -adsmpw=welcome

Again any feedback is vry much appreciated.
