1-800-237-5511 You will get a recorded message asking for your platform.
Once you say or key your platform, a person will come on the line to open an
incident report.  You may have "Defect"support (which means you have an
error message) or you may have "Usage/Q & A/Installation & Configuration"
support (which means you just have a question). You have to have a contract
for both of these, so you might want to check with your management or your
IBM account rep to see. Good Luck.
