Stephanie,

You should check your SQL Server Logs to make sure that
there was no other full backup taken (by any product, not just
the ADSM SQL Agent).  Examine the logs between the date and time
on the full backup and the date and time on the incremental backup.
Also, was there another incremental backup in the middle that didn't
complete successfully?
The SQL Server is telling you that the incremental and the
full backup do not belong together for some reason.
You will need to examine your SQL Server logs to determine why.
