For ADSM Development Team:
Please note that the "delete volhistory" command does not work
when the day light saving time advances by an hour on both ADSM
V2 and V3.
You need to fix this bug. This only happens when the clock advances
and not when clock goes backwards.
Please let us know the fix so that we can apply the fix on our servers.
Our recovery log got full and backups failed.
