Hi,

We have a serious problem with our ADSM V3.1.2.1 & Solaris 2.6 & ACSLS
5.2 & STK9740/10xDLT7K backup system. We see several tape mount failures
daily and one reason suspected by STK support is that tape mounts take
too long in the case of dirty drive detected and autoclean cleaning the
drive between tape mounts. A sample of ACT log entry is enclosed at the
end of this message.

ADSM V3.1.2.1 supports automated drive cleaning with SCSI libraries.
However with ACSLS controlled libraries this seems to be unsupported by
ADSM.

Is there any way to get this working and will it be officially supported
in the future. I didn't see any changes documented in V3.1.2.20 readme
file.

Is there a more exact schedule for STK9840 drive support?
