just have a look at the Volume status: Filling

So these tapes will be used until they are completely filled till >10Gig.
The percent util refers to your estimated capacity but the percentage of
100 is not used to mark a volser reaching the estimated capacity as full.
(see 039825).

Also these values are not used for reclamation! Do a 'q v' with f=d and
you'll see the percent reclaimable space of your volumes.

See that there is no waste of space or tapes.
