Using ADSM v3.1
Say on Windows NT client,  I want to exclude any occurrence of the directory
TEMP  (at any level in the directory structure) and its files. Will this
statement accomplish this:

EXCLUDE.DIR C:\...\TEMP

or do I need this one in ADDITION

EXCLUDE.DIR C:\TEMP
