There is normally no need to reorganize the ADSM database. Space within
it is reclaimed for re-use as objects are deleted, be they file entries,
administrative definitions, or activity log entries. If the utilization
of your database is growing, it will principally be due to a larger number
of files being backed up and archived, in accordance with your retention
rules. The various ADSM server queries will give you a sense of how many
items of each type are using space.
