Hello all,

I was told over a year ago that the SysBack/6000 product, which as the same
capabilities as NIM for doing network image backup and restores, was going
to include ADSM as one of the supported data storage types.  Unfortunately
I haven't heard anything since.

I agree also that IBM should provide this support via SysBack or NIM. We
would even be willing to pay for it ;-).

Does anyone out there have any influence or know any contacts on the
developer side of these two products?

In the mean time, we NFS mount an HSM filesystem as a staging area for the
mksysb disk images.
