 yes, i often have this problem with sp4. i'm currently
trying to solve that by testing which order for sp4 / ADSM
win32 client fails or succed.

 sometimes, reapplying sp4 just after win32 client solved,
but this doesn't always work. i'm thinking of smthg with
the mfc*.dll used by adsm.

 i have this problem both on nt wks or nt srv, us or fr.
