Yes, ADSM Server will run on NT Workstation.

You will get two opinions on the FAT vs. NTFS issue.  FAT may be marginally
faster, NTFS certainly provides more protection.  I always use NTFS for the
ADSM software, database, and log files, and I usually use NTFS for the
storage pool disks.
