Has anyone ever seen a similar error to following?

Backing up SAP via ADSM backint and sapdba/brbackup. (offline bu - the
online bu works ok)
(oracle 7.3.3.6, sap 3.1g, NT 4.0 sp3)

I get an err:
BR234E Unknown file (then it lists the right path & name for first redo log)
saved by backup utility

then at end it says
100 of 103 files backup up
and reports backup unsuccessful

the trace on ADSM shows no errs and a return code of 0
  - and it really did back up all 103, but by sap status is unsuccessful

SAP says for BR234E to contact vendor of backint
(but I think  it's a brbackup err, as backint errs are BKI...)

The only change since successful offline bu, is that I added 4 more redo
logs, and been working with
them successfully for a week.
   - I tried taking the new 4 away, and backing up again, but still get same
errs ( & says 96 of 99 backed up)
