Johan,

The method described by Eric only works if you are using an
ADSM server that is at the 3.1.2 level, or higher. If you are a
using a version 3 level of the ADSM server prior to the 3.1.2
level, then you must enter your nodename and password when
prompted by the Web Client GUI.

What version of the ADSM server are you using?

Hi Johan!
Yes it is possible.
There are two requirements.
1) You must configure the client to use PASSWORD GENERATE.
2) You have to add the user to ADSM as an ADSM Administrator and give
him/here NODE access. So to allow user Johan to restore files on node
WINNTSRV you have to do the following:
1) REGISTER ADMIN JOHAN PASSWORD
2) GRANT AUTHORITY JOHAN CLASSES=NODE NODE=WINNTSRV
Administrator Johan is now created and he is allowed to restore files on
WINNTSRV.
