... ADSM does not change the archive attribute, but the attribute gets
checked. The file will get backed up again, when the archive attribute is
toggled.
I came across this when I did some tests with Backup tools like ARCserve and
BackupExec. As a result of the updated archive bit ADSM nearly did a
complete new backup...
