   We have applied maintenance to ADSM to bring it to 3.1.2.1.  We still
have the high CPU usage problem and very very very poor response times.
More specifically when more than two AIX v2 client backup sessions
start the CPU jumps up and stays up and ADSM almost stops responding.
We have had to cancel the ADSM server to shut it down and restart.

   We have called IBM, but not gotten anything there yet.
