What have you specified in the dsm.opt file for this client with the
following options:
TCPBuffsize
TCPwindowsize
TXNBytelimit
Also do you know your physical path from this client to the ADSM server
ie..how many hops it may be taking. If you are working thru a router, you
may want to look at the packet size filters set up there also.
