Hi Jeff,
We have been chasing the same problem for close to a year (maybe more) now.
And the goods news is that there is light at the end of the tunnel. If you
problem is the same as ours, and it sounds like it is, APAR PQ21142
describes the problem.
My latest news is that the fix is scheduled to be in the next server release
(3.1.2.2 ??), which should be available early April.
