Could you please give specific instructions how to send to this
"requirements database"?

   Currently, no.  That is something we have been wanting to do, it
   takes
   lower priority over many other things.  I suggest submitting a
   requirement
   to IBM so that it gets tracked in our requirements database.
   Multiple
   requests help set priority.

   You'll need to set them up with an include/exclude list, which,
   unfortunately, you currently can't do graphically.  But don't give up
   hope
   on that one...
