Where is the indication that ADSM requires a static IP address?

Although we do not use DHCP, we use virtual node names for our
larger fileservers. In many cases we will have two different
machines simultaneously backing up up to the ADSM server,
each server using the same ADSM node name. We have never
encountered problems.

Look, for example, at the below entries from our activity log,
particularly the node names and the IP addresses.

02/09/1999 00:13:51 ANR0406I Session 53224 started for node ELDSEQ005 (IRIX)
                      (Tcp/Ip 172.16.20.203(31270)).

02/09/1999 00:55:19 ANR0406I Session 53363 started for node ELDSEQ005 (IRIX)
                      (Tcp/Ip 172.16.20.202(13119)).
