While attemping to start a Lotus notes scheduler on a machine that has a
client
scheduleeer installed that works fine.  The client is a NT machine running
3106.  Both option files
have the same port (default 1500) listed.  Below is the message in the
activity log I get when I start the
Lotus Notes scheduler:
