We have seen this as well. However, the symptom never goes away in our
case. I delete the ;lakdjf;lak.pwd file, load dsmc again, q session, enter
the password. Exiting dsmc shows a new .pwd file. Unloading dsmc and
loading dsmc results in the inability to read the newly created .pwd file.
Numerous Netware servers in the environment and this is the only one that
does this.
I'd give up an arm to have an answer to this one. OK, maybe not my arm,
but perhaps Bill's!
