My recommendation is to upgrade to server version 3.1.2.13.  In that
version, spelled out in the readme.txt is support for cleaning tapes.  Do
not use the automatic cleaning feature of the robot.  I think this is good
advice for all of the robots.  The readme.txt does a good job of explaining
exactly what needs to be done to make it work.  If you have more questions
get in touch with me.  I did set this up and make it work on a Breecehill
robot.
