We have an ADSM Server OS2 Version 2.R1.L0.15, Library is Overland LXG/LXB
7226 Dif.
The Backup from the Node's successful.
When we start an Audit Volume, we have many Read-Error's on The Volume.
We have changed the drives, cable and Cartridge.

ANR8337I DLT volume QTH540 mounted in drive D1 (TAPE13$).
  01/21/1999 11:25:57    ANR8302E I/O error on drive D1 (TAPE13$) (OP=READ,
 CC=206, KEY=FF, ASC=FF, ASCQ=FF, SENSE=**NONE**, Description=General SCSI
failure).  Refer to Appendix B in the 'Messages' manual for recommended
action.
  01/21/1999 11:25:57    ANR2335W Audit Volume has encountered an I/O error
 for volume QTH540 while attempting to read: Node BDC, Type Backup,
Filespace OS2, File Name \IBMLAN\DCDB\USERS\P4O100\ PROFILE.CMD.
  01/21/1999 11:25:58    ANR2316W Audit Volume deleting damaged file on
volume QTH540: Node BDC, Type Backup, File space OS2, File Name
\IBMLAN\DCDB\USERS\P4O100\ PROFILE.CMD.
